new version of pyMetar
Tobias sent me an email letting me know that version 0.7 of “pyMetar”:http://www.schwarzvogel.de/software-pymetar.shtml
has been released. Good stuff.
One of the problems I’m wrestling with is, even though this page is
generated by the “pyBlosxom”:http://roughingit.subtlehints.net/pyblosxom/ cgi script, the html snippet generated
by my weather script does not seem to be loaded into the generated html.
If I touch one of the entry files it refreshes - I guess it’s time to
dig into some python code ![]()
The previous post is the python code I used to generate the html
snippet. I could not figure out a way to get the text into this post
*and* have it show up as nicely formatted text. Something to look
research inside the pyBlosxom code.
Note the simple solution to getting an image to load based on the
forecast; simply have a named image for each possible result. It works.
